ABOUT US

In 2021, the network carried out an European internationalization program “Alliances for Europe” in response to one of the big questions that had always been asked: what is being done in Europe in terms of quality?

As a first step to learn what was being done regarding quality management and NGOs in Europe, and after a process of collection, adaptation and synthesis of tools, measures, products, methodologies and work systems developed in Europe, COQUALITY has been able to concentrate all this information not only in the tools presented below, but in the dynamics and activities that it currently develops to cultivate and enlighten all the small and medium-sized NGOs in terms of quality they wish so.  COQUALITY, hence, built as a network of European entities, has among its goals to improve the capacity of the European small – medium NGOs exchanging knowledge, tools and other assets to enhance the action capacity, providing products like studies, a wide portfolio of quality tools and methodologies and a manifesto for quality in Europe. Feel free to discover what we can provide you, wishing to count on you in the near future in these dynamics.

VALUE PROPOSAL

With this project we intend to give a boost in terms of quality to all member entities, with space to work on the issue of Quality in NGOs and the Third Sector in Europe from a professional approach, generating spaces for exchange and different sets of training materials available for the European third sector tested by the network itself.
The goal is to put into practice the premise that different tools and knowledge generated in different contexts in Europe regarding the use of tools, models and systems for quality management are transferable and can be used in other contexts, with their due adaptation for optimal use.

BENEFICIARIES

The target groups of the project are mainly, but not exclusively, the professionals of the third sector in Europe. People both remunerated and as volunteers, the ones who contribute with their work to the mission and vision of the entities in which they work, mainly non-profits, NGOs, associations, foundations, and others.
The training of these people in quality management is intended to improve the performance of their work in these entities, in order to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in the development of their activities oriented to the fulfillment of their mission and vision.
In this way, it is expected to improve the service perceived by the people who are the final beneficiaries of these actions, since the culture of quality implies putting the person at the center, as well as counting on their involvement and active listening to their needs and requirements
